Welcome to the Plymouth Police Department.

I’m proud to serve as the Chief of Police in a community that has so much to offer. Plymouth is a special place to call home. From our vibrant downtown and local businesses to our location in the heart of New Hampshire’s Lakes Region, there’s a strong sense of community here that makes this town unique.

We’re also fortunate to be home to Plymouth State University. The University brings a great deal of energy and opportunity to our community, and we’re committed to building and maintaining a positive relationship with its students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

At the Plymouth Police Department, we believe that being part of the community is just as important as policing it. Community policing isn’t a program—it’s how we do our job every day. We want our officers to be approachable, to get to know the people they serve, and to build relationships that foster trust and mutual respect. Whether it’s talking with a business owner downtown, attending a community event, working with our schools, or simply having a conversation with a resident, those interactions matter.

Our officers are committed to providing professional, fair, and compassionate service. We understand that our responsibility goes beyond responding to emergencies. It’s about solving problems, working with our community, and doing our part to make Plymouth a safe place to live, work, and visit.

I’m incredibly proud of the men and women of this department and the work they do every day. They care deeply about this community and are dedicated to serving it with integrity and professionalism.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. I hope you’ll take a look around to learn more about our department and the services we provide. If you see one of our officers out in the community, don’t hesitate to say hello. Building connections with the people we serve is one of the most important parts of our job.

I also invite you to connect with us on Facebook and Instagram, where we share updates, safety tips and community news.

Thank you for your support, and thank you for helping make Plymouth the great community that it is.
