Police Reports

Record Department

Police Reports, photographs, and other related items are available to the public for a processing fee of $15. Requests for incident reports, and other items can be made in person at the police station or through the U.S mail. Public assistance for obtaining reports is available from 8 a.m to 4:00 p.m, Monday through Friday.

We get a lot of question about how to obtain copies of traffic accident reports that the Plymouth Police Department Investigates. We are not allowed to give out copies of accident reports. We submit all of our accident reports that we investigate to the Department Of Safety; Division of Motor Vehicles. Please see the below link for further information on how to get a copy of your traffic accident report:

If you have been arrested and you are looking for a copy of "Discovery" please contact the prosecutor's office at 536-1804 ex. 107.
