Parking Information & Fines

The Plymouth Police Department allows you to pay or appeal your citation online through a third party provider known as Park Loyalty. Any citations must be appealed or paid within 7 days of the issue date or a $30.00 late fee will automatically be imposed. To avoid this fee please pay or appeal citations in a timely manner. Overnight Parking

There is NO Parking on any street in the Town of Plymouth from September 1 – June 1 from the hours of 12:00 am - 6:00 am. Fine for this offense is $50.
Green Street Permits

Select locations on Green Street are permit only. Please call the Plymouth Police Department for further information
Main, Highland, Green St Parking

Metered parking where available at $1.00 per hour or through the Parkmobile app. Parking Meter Hours are: Monday - Thursday 8am-6pm, Friday-Saturday 8am - 9pm and Sundays and Holidays are FREE. Handicap Parking is free with a 3 hour time limit.
Langdon, Merrill, Russell, High, and the Overnight Lot on Green St

These locations are paid parking via Parkmobile only.
